Our Service
TerraGreetings provides a subscription-based platform for accessing, downloading, and printing premium nature-themed digital greeting cards. Our service allows you to personalize cards with custom messages and share them digitally or print them for personal use.
Account Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
Account Sharing & Credential Usage
Your TerraGreetings subscription is licensed for personal use by a single individual. The following terms govern account access and sharing:
- Personal Credentials: Your login credentials (email and password) are personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other individual, including family members or household members
- Single User Access: Only you, the registered account holder, may access and use your account. Each person who wishes to use TerraGreetings must create and maintain their own account with their own valid subscription
- Permitted Sharing of Cards: While your account access is personal, you are permitted to download, print, and physically give cards to recipients (such as family and friends) as intended gifts—this is the natural and intended use of our service
- Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity on your account, regardless of who accesses it. Sharing your credentials exposes you to security risks including unauthorized purchases and personal data exposure
Consequences of Unauthorized Sharing
Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to access your account constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Service. Upon detection of unauthorized account sharing, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account without prior notice
- Revoke access to any downloaded or shared content
- Pursue any other remedies available under applicable law
Subscription & Payment
TerraGreetings offers subscription plans that provide access to our card library. By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact us for assistance
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers
Post-Cancellation Rights
Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription:
- Retained Downloads: PDF files you have legitimately downloaded during your active subscription period are yours to keep. You retain a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print these specific downloaded files for personal, non-commercial use indefinitely
- Future Access: You will no longer be able to access, download, or generate new cards from our library
- Account Data: Your account information may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- No Additional Rights: This perpetual license applies only to files downloaded before cancellation; it does not grant rights to future content, updates, or new card designs
License & Usage Rights
With an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and print cards for personal, non-commercial use
- Share cards digitally with friends and family via our built-in sharing feature
- Personalize cards with your own messages
- Give printed cards as gifts to any recipient
Prohibited Uses
The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- No Commercial Use: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use any cards or card designs for commercial purposes, profit, or in connection with any business activity
- No Digital File Sharing: You may not share, upload, email, post, or otherwise distribute the digital PDF files themselves to any third party, including friends and family. The digital files are licensed for your personal use only
- No Modification: You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our designs, artwork, or content
- No Removal of Attribution: You may not remove, alter, or obscure any watermarks, logos, copyright notices, or other proprietary markings
- No Bulk Distribution: You may not use automated tools to download content in bulk, or systematically download our entire card library
- No Unlawful Use: You may not use cards in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
Note: If friends or family admire your cards and wish to access our designs, please direct them to TerraGreetings to obtain their own subscription.
Intellectual Property
All card designs, artwork, graphics, templates, and content on TerraGreetings are the exclusive property of Henricks Media and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a license to use the content as specified above, but does not transfer any ownership rights.
User-Generated Content
When you create personalized cards using our service, you may add custom messages, text, and other personal content ("User Content"). The following terms govern User Content:
- Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of any original text, messages, or content you create and add to cards. We do not claim ownership of your personal messages
- Limited License to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant TerraGreetings a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, render, and incorporate your content into the card PDF solely for the purpose of providing our service to you
- No Underlying Design Rights: Your ownership of User Content does not extend to our underlying card designs, templates, artwork, or graphics, which remain our exclusive property
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TerraGreetings and Henricks Media from any claims arising from your User Content
User Conduct
When using TerraGreetings, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk
- Add offensive, harmful, or illegal content to personalized messages
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to TerraGreetings, our users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access and use the service ends immediately.
Disclaimers
TerraGreetings is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The service is free of viruses or harmful components
- Printed results will match on-screen previews exactly
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henricks Media and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TerraGreetings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TerraGreetings shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
