Frequently Asked Questions

Our cards work great on regular printer paper! For a more premium feel, you can use cardstock (65-110 lb), but it's not required. Any standard letter-size paper (8.5" x 11") will work.

Yes! A4 paper works fine. The card is designed for US Letter size (8.5" x 11") but A4 is very similar. Just make sure to print at 100% scale (not 'fit to page') for the best results. You may have slightly larger margins on A4.

The PDF is set up so double-sided printing works with your printer's default settings—no special settings needed. Just print double-sided, fold in half, and you're done. If your printer doesn't support double-sided, print page 1, flip the paper over, and print page 2 on the back.

That's by design! We rotate the inner page so it prints correctly when you use your printer's default double-sided setting. Just hit print, fold, and everything lines up perfectly. If you're printing on two separate pages instead, simply flip the second sheet before folding—easy.

For best results: set paper size to Letter (8.5" x 11"), orientation to Landscape, and scale to 100% or "Actual Size" (don't use "fit to page"). Use the highest quality print setting your printer offers for vibrant colors.

Absolutely! Most home printers are single-sided. Simply print page 1, then manually flip the paper over and put it back in your printer tray to print page 2.

No worries! You can take the PDF file to any print shop (FedEx, Staples, Office Depot, local print shops, or even many libraries). Just ask them to print on cardstock for a nice greeting card feel.

Absolutely—that's exactly what greeting cards are for! Print as many as you need for personal gifting. You just can't resell them or share the digital PDF files themselves with non-subscribers.

Cards you've already downloaded are yours to keep and print forever! Cancelling only stops future downloads and charges. Your previously downloaded PDF files will continue to work, and you can print them as many times as you like.

The PDF files are for your personal use only. Please don't share, upload, or distribute the digital files. If friends or family love our cards, we'd appreciate if you directed them to TerraGreetings so they can get their own subscription!

All card designs, images, and content remain the intellectual property of TerraGreetings. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to download and print cards for personal use. You own any custom messages you create, but not the underlying designs.

Yes! We're constantly adding new designs. Subscribers get access to all new cards automatically at no extra cost. We release new cards regularly, especially before major holidays and seasons.

We'd love to hear your ideas! Send us a message with your suggestion. While we can't promise to create every requested design, we carefully consider all feedback when planning new cards.

Not at this time. TerraGreetings is a print-at-home service designed for convenience and instant gratification—no waiting for shipping! If you don't have a printer, you can take our PDF files to any local print shop.

We don't sell envelopes, but our finished cards (5.5" x 4.25") fit standard A2 envelopes, which are widely available at office supply stores, craft stores, and online. You can find them in many colors!

We never sell your personal information or share it with third parties for advertising. We only share data with service providers who help us operate (like Stripe for payments), and they're contractually bound to protect your information. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Custom messages you type are used only to generate your PDF and are not permanently stored. We process them temporarily on our servers to create your card, then they're discarded. We don't read, analyze, or keep your personal messages.

First, make sure you're logged in and have an active subscription. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge all work great). Check if pop-ups or downloads are blocked. Clear your browser cache and try again. If it still doesn't work, contact us with details about what's happening.

This is normal—screens and printers display colors differently. For best results, use your printer's highest quality setting and make sure you have enough ink. If colors seem faded, check your ink levels. The cards are designed to look great on most printers, but some variation is expected.

Make sure you're printing at 100% scale (not "fit to page" or "shrink to fit"). Also check that your paper is loaded straight in the tray. See our Print Guide for troubleshooting tips specific to this issue.

The preview on screen is optimized for fast loading. The actual downloaded PDF is high resolution and will print beautifully! If you've downloaded a card and it looks blurry even after printing, let us know—we'll make it right.
